How to Print Images and PDFs with iOS

NOTE: Ensure your printer is connected to Wi-Fi.

  • For network configuration via the FlashLabel app, refer to Link 1.

  • For WPS mode setup, refer to Link 2.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the File

    • Open the image or PDF you want to print.

    • Tap "More Options" (⋮ or ⓘ) in the upper-right corner.

    • Select "Print" from the menu.

  2. Select Printer

    • On the print settings screen, tap "Printer" or "Select Printer".

    • A list of available printers will appear.

    • Choose "FlashLabel Y486AP" from the list.

      • If the printer is not listed, ensure it is powered on, connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

  3. Print Preview

    • The "Print Preview" screen will display the document layout.

    • Adjust zoom, orientation, or page range if needed.

  4. Adjust Settings & Print

    • Customize print settings (e.g., paper size, copies).

    • Tap "Print" to start printing.
