Pirate Ship Label Printing: How to Use Knaon Y813BT for 4x6 Inch Labels

This guide will walk you through the steps to correctly print a 4x6 inch shipping label for Pirate Ship using the Knaon Y813BT thermal label printer.

Prerequisites

Before printing, ensure you have:

1. Knaon Y813BT thermal label printer (connected via USB)

2. 4x6 inch thermal labels (compatible with the printer)

3. Pirate Ship account with a generated shipping label

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Set Up the Knaon Y813BT Printer

1. Power on the printer and load 4x6 inch thermal labels.

2. Install Drivers (First-Time Setup Only):

   • Connect the printer to your computer via USB.

   • Download and install the correct driver for your OS:

     • Mac: How to use printer on macOS via USB cable?

     • Windows: How to use printer on Windows via USB cable?

   • Note: Skip this step if the printer is already set up.

2. Generate & Print the Label in Pirate Ship

1. Log in to your Pirate Ship account.

2. Create your label and click "Print Label".

3. Adjust Print Settings:

   • Select "4x6" Shipping Label" from the dropdown menu.

   • Click the print icon to open the print preview.

4. Finalize & Print:

     If you're using an iPhone, go to "Save Label" and scroll down—you’ll see the "Print with FlashLabel Pro" option (see screenshot). You can print directly from here, no need to save PDFs or images first.

   • Enter the preview interface.

   • Select the KNAON Y813BT printer.

   • Choose paper size: 4×6inch.

   • Click Print.

   For Windows

   • Enter the preview interface.

   • Select the KNAON Y813BT printer.

   • Choose paper size: 100×150mm.

   • Click Print.
