Chromebook Not Printing via Flashlabel Plugin
Why isn't my printer responding?
Your printer must be in ChromeOS Mode to work with Chromebooks. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Check Printer Mode
-
Print a self-test page (How to Print a Self-Test Page).
-
Locate "U-Disk Mode" on the test page:
-
✅ "OFF" = Correct mode (ChromeOS Mode enabled).
-
❌ "ON" = Incorrect mode → Proceed to Step 2.
-
Step 2: Switch to ChromeOS Mode
(Required if U-Disk Mode is "ON")
-
Ensure the printer is:
-
Powered ON
-
Loaded with correct label paper
-
-
Press and hold the function button (top button) for ≈9 seconds.
-
Release immediately when you hear three beeps.
